Physcial therapy is one of the most common and hollistic activities that can quickly help reduce stress and emotional pain from long term substance abuse. At My Time Recovery, we start working with patients as soon as they’ve been medically stabilized and are placed in a residential or inpatient treatment setting. Treatments are designed to address any pain-related issues the patient might have, and puts a heavy emphasis on strength training. We are proud to offer clients a variety of different physical therapies designed to help those suffering from loss of motivation to mental fogginess.
